Bilaj Al Jazayer

The waterfront Masterplan will feature a combination of residential, commercial, leisure and hospitality components.

The project is owned by Bahrain Real Estate Investment (Edamah). Edamah has been leading the project and will continue to be the Development Manager for the project until completion.

Marine works of phase 1 of the Masterplan have been completed.

Infrastructure and Landscape works of phase 1 is ongoing and is due to be completed by the end of 2025 along with the first developments in the masterplan which consists of:

• Beach Club
• 2 Hotels
• 3 Branded Residential buildings
• Surf Park

Tivoli and Avani Hotels and Residences, Bahrain Surf Park and the Beach Club will be completed in 2026.

The Bilaj Al Jazayer development is located in the southwestern part of Bahrain, near the town of Zallaq. This area is situated along the southern coast of the main island, with the development taking advantage of its prime coastal access.

The site is in very close proximity to various touristic locations including the Bahrain Racing Circuit, The Bahrain Horse Racing Track, The Exhibition Center, and Al Dana Amphitheater.
