The Project is owned by Bahrain Marina Development Company, whom is a 100% owned subsidiary by the Social Insurance Organization of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The construction of Phase 1 of the project has already started on August 2023 with expected completion by Q1 2026 for the Retail, Marina and Yacht Club components. The expected date of completion for the Residential component is August 2026. The Construction progress as end of Sept. 2025 is at 74%.

Phase 2 is planned to commence after completion of Phase 1 and Phase 3 to follow after Phase 2 or earlier.

Bahrain Marina is situated in a prominent location on the Manama Corniche, adjacent to Bahrain’s Cultural Campus, home to the National Museum and National Theatre, with good access links to roadways in all directions.

It is a ten-minute drive from the International Airport, as well as just a fifteen-minute direct drive from the King Fahd Causeway crossing from Saudi Arabia via convenient nonstop highway network.
