Bilaj Al Jazayer Masterplan

The Bilaj Al Jazayer Masterplan  is a significant strategic initiative aimed at transforming a key coastal area into a vibrant, multifaceted destination. It will feature a combination of residential, commercial, leisure and hospitality components.

The project is owned by Edamah who will continue on as development managers until project completion

Marine works of phase 1 of the Masterplan have been completed.

 

Phase 1 infrastructure and landscape work expected to be completed by the end of 2025 along with the first developments in the masterplan:

• 3 Branded Residential buildings
• Surf Park

The Bilaj Al Jazayer development is located in the southwestern part of Bahrain, near the town of Zallaq. This area is situated along the southern coast of the main island, with the development taking advantage of its prime coastal access.

The site is in very close proximity to various touristic locations including the Bahrain Racing Circuit, The Bahrain Horse Racing Track, The Exhibition Center, Al Dana Amphitheater and the planned upcoming Sports City.
