Madinat Khalifa

Madinat Khalifa aims to provide 3,331 dwelling units for Bahraini citizens benefiting from the MoHUP’s Financing Services, contributing to the national strategy for affordable housing. Located along Hawar Highway near the southern coast of Bahrain, the project is strategically positioned to meet the growing demand for housing while fostering community development.

• Winning bidders mitigate cashflow risks as part of a payment waterfall which allows the developer to pay the land value post market and sale of units and repayment of financing obligations
