The Project is owned by Bahrain Marina Development Company, which is a 100% owned subsidiary by the Social Insurance Organization of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Phase 1:

• Construction on the Retail, Yacht Club, and Marina components projected to be completed by Q3 2025
• Projected completion of the residential component is Q3 2026

• Construction expected to begin in Q3 2025.
